Contact Details: Used to communicate training schedules, match details, and club updates. Player & Parent Information: Used for membership management and team registration. Medical Information: Minor medical notes are held strictly to ensure player safety and to provide correct details to emergency medical services if an incident occurs.
To ensure maximum security, data access within the club is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis.
The Executive Committee: Access to full membership data required for club operations. Coaching & Support Team: Access restricted to emergency contact details and relevant medical information during training and games.
Committee Support Team: Access to contact information via telephone or electronic devices only.
