The Visionaries Behind Fife All Stars

Fife All Stars was founded in 2024 by Jason Bezuidenhout and Ian Lonie , two enthusiasts with a shared passion for American football and a powerful vision for youth development in Fife.

Their mission was clear: to move beyond the traditional coaching offerings and establish a dynamic, inclusive, and competitive flag football program. They envisioned a team where the focus was on building character, confidence, and community through sport.

Jason and Ian spearheaded the creation of Fife's premier youth flag football organisation, securing a partnership with a modern indoor 3G facility in Glenrothes to provide a safe, all-weather environment for training and play. Their hands-on approach, from coaching to club management, has been instrumental in the team's rapid early success, including winning both the SCOFF U17 Winter League Plate and BAFA U17 Scottish League title in their inaugural season.

Driven by a commitment to excellence and inclusivity, their leadership ensures every child and teen from Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, and across Fife has the opportunity to be part of a fantastic team sport.
